By default, the Twitch search engine looks for any of the words you provide, in any order.
To search for an exact phrase, enclose the phrase in quotes:
"crazy pants"
To explicitly require or exclude words in your search, use a + or a - in front of the words:
+crazy +pants
+crazy -pants
