Im betting Jennifer Lynch will make better movies than Surveilance in her career. I haven't even seen her new Bollywood horror film Hiss but this leaves me looking forward to it. Surveilance is a solid thriller featuring bone chilling performances by Julia Ormond and Bill Pullman. Luckily the extras include a very revealing look at the more than mechanics of making the film, digging deep into the process of actors and director. You'll probably find some plot holes or find aspects of this improbable but this rises well above the herd.
Two FBI Agents arrive in a small town to investigate a series of crimes only to find themselves sorting through the testimony of three contradictory witnesses. As the truth slowly emerges police, victims, and criminals see their own complicity bubble to surface and their roles shift into grey. Besides the doc you also get a filmmaker commentary.

I wouldn't call this a "good" film, but I had a lot of fun with it. Bill Pullman's performance is terrible, though. I'm looking fwd to Hiss, or whatever it's called.
I disagree with Joshua. I think Pullman's acting carried the film and was infinitely creepy. Best psycho since Frank from Daddy Lynch's Blue Velvet.
I dug it myself. Even though they gave away the ending pretty early on.
