The release date I can see says September 9th in Korea for this 2001 Japanese film that looks to be one of those gentle or rather existential dramas with odd characters that those folks turn out so well with such frequency.
Seems to be a lolita-esque story involving a bad cop, and a variety of women who fall prey to his charms. Could be really pretty good, rights of passage or journey-based film. Trying to look into it a little more, so if you find anything about it then let me know in the comments. By the way, the title seems to translate as 'Adolescent' and it does seem to open in some USA cinemas tomorrow. Was a winner at the Paris Film Festival, and the Seattle Film Festival.

Tom Mes reviewed it on Midnight Eye a long time ago. The original Japanese DVD actually had English subs. The title Shoujo more explicitly means "Adolescent Girl". At any rate, its a pretty dreadful film.
