Whitney Houston, one of the top-selling artists in history, ruled the music charts from the 1980s to the 90s. She sold over 55 million records in the US alone.

In 1992, she co-starred with Kevin Costner in the box office hit THE BODYGUARD. The theme song, 'I Will Always Love You', became a massively successful single, while the BODYGUARD soundtrack went on to be awarded Album of the Year at the Grammy's Award. Houston later starred in WAITING TO EXHALE and THE PREACHER'S WIFE.

A family spokesman said on Saturday that Whitney Houston has died. According to reports, she was found dead at a Beverly Hills hotel. The cause of her death is unknown. She was 48.

Death is unknown?? I think it's safe to asume it was drug related, oh and i'm sure Bobby Brown will get alot of ugly looks from her many fans.....RIP....

Marrying Bobby Brown was a worse fate than Cancer. The latter would've robbed her from health and *maybe* her life. Bobby robbed her of her health, career, talent, dignity and life. Yes, she's partially to blame, but I doubt her life would've turned out like this if she married someone else.
