Serbian film has made a major impact on the world scene in recent years, in no small part due to a string of gritty indie satires laced with extreme content. But Serbian based production house Doktor Fried is likely going to raise eyebrows around the world with their upcoming Bugs And Heroes for an entirely different reason.
Directed by Petar Pasic the film tells two parallel stories, one revolving around live actors in the 'real' world and the other revolving around CG animated bugs animated over hand crafted miniature sets. While there is no trailer or official synopsis yet, Doktor Fried have released a trio of stills revealing their six legged creations and they are very impressive indeed. Check the gallery below.
