The creator of Kick-Ass, Millar has told a newspaper in Scotland that Kick-Ass 2 will shoot this summer. As a fan of the first I sincerely hope this is true but given that there is no director announced as of yet and original director Matthew Vaughn is currently busy with a second X-Men: First Class project, that's a big hurdle that will need to be cleared.

Oh man....I reeaally hope this is true. I'd take a Kick-Ass sequel anytime over another X-Men prequel.
