I'm a full year late in posting this touching music video/animated short Sunshine Girl, yet its just too awesome to not give it some well-deserved love here. Directed by animator Yoon Jung Wook with the indie Korean rock band The Baits singing the title song, the short was the winner of the 2010 Excellence Award at the Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival.
A group of young boys prepares a concert for a beautiful girl. However, on her way to the concert, tragedy strikes. 70 years later, the young girl appears in front of the group of now elderly men, and they play her concert just as they prepared so long ago.You'll find the animated short embedded below.
