Director Faruk Aksoy is bringing history to the big screen on a massive scale with the upcoming Fetih 1453.
Simultaneously enormously bloody and incredibly handsome with what appears to be a literal cast of thousands, Aksoy's picture captures the Fall Of Constantinople - the 1453 war in which the Ottoman Empire took over the city of Constantinople.
Production values here are simply fantastic. The first trailer is a short one but with a February theatrical release approaching quickly, expect more soon.

This looks fucking rad!
It is not Battle of Varna, Varna was at 1444 and Mehmet II wasnt at charge Murad II was. This is Fall of Constantinopole, 1453. Diffirent wars of diffirent leaders and diffirent countries.
