The may be old but they are still powerful enough to smash you through a wall. That appears to be the general message of the official poster art for The Expendables 2.
Apparently the artwork that did the rounds a little while back was unofficial and the marketing folks at Lionsgate have just released the proper poster above so this is what you can expect to see in theaters and plastered around town soon. I like.

I wish the prodcers deemed Adkins worthy of billing status, he definitely deserves it, though it remains to be seen if gets to showcase his skills.
This has been mentioned elsewhere, but the decision to highlight Hemesworth seems totally out of place here. I presume it's because they might be banking on his potential popularity boom in the upcoming Hunger games. Then again, Hunger Games and EX2 seems to have two completely different target audiences; do you think this is case?
Another theory I've heard is that its simply to trick people into thinking Thor will be in the Expendables, which I wouldn't put past them.
Donnie Yen did himself a favor to stay away from this mess.
It would have been a waste of his time, and his character would most certainly have been under-utilized.
