As excitement builds (as it should) over David Fincher's soon to release version of the first film in this trilogy a revisit of the original seems inevitable for fans. Newbies will want to see the theatrical originals which aren't included on this set but what you get here, according to Music Box Films, is the complete and unedited versions of each installment in the series as they were originally aired on Swedish TV. How cool is that? The set is comprised of four discs. Each film gets it's own disc and is divided into two sections (as it was broadcast). A fourth disc contains a feature length doc and a look at the personal life of Steig Larson.

This is the shit I hate. So now since I bought these the first time they where released I have to spend even MORE to get the proper versions? I know this goes on all the time but come on, now I have to either A. shell out more cash or B. go find somewhere that I can "view" or "watch" these on the internet.
Pretty sure I am going with B...
