Are you, perhaps, one of the few people on the face of god's green earth not yet familiar with the basic story behind The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo? Both as a book and as an earlier pan-Scandinavian film Dragon Tattoo has been a true international phenomenon but it seems Sony is taking no chances and their latest international trailer for the David Fincher directed screen version takes great pains to lay out the basics for neophytes.

Daniel Craig takes the lead in this version, playing a disgraced journalist who hires a misanthropic computer hacker (Rooney Mara) to help him solve a forty year old killing. Take a look at the trailer below.
