Often referred to as the best show nobody actually watched, Arrested Development has simply refused to go away. The show has become more popular in death than it was in life and the rumors have flown pretty much from the day that it ended that a movie was in the works, if only someone would pay for it. Someone is. And, more than that, they're paying for another ten episodes of television as well. Quoth star Jason Bateman on Twitter:
It's true. We will do 10 episodes and the movie. Probably shoot them all together next summer for a release in early '13. VERY excited!
Will the entire cast return? That remains to be seen but, well, if we're being honest most of them aren't employed at the moment. If Bateman can clear space on his schedule surely Michael Cera, David Cross and Will Arnett can as well.

Oh yeah! I still say they should open with George Michael's funeral.
