The Melbourne Underground Film Festival is now well underway and will wrap up on the 27th with the closing night feature LIFE AND DEATH OF A PORNO GANG. Do not despair however, you can catch this grisly treat and more from today onwards!

24-08:
ICONOCLAST - The incredible, obsessive doco about Boyd Rice, 213 minutes in length, learn more about 'the man' behind noise music.

25-08:
MINI MUFF Session #3 and #4 - A series of obscene and bizarre shorts

26-08:
COME AND GET ME - MUFF has an excellent indie-horror line-up and the majority of it is Aussie-grown, this one finds hitch hikers in dire straits as they are stalked through dense bushland by three serial killers!

NEEDLE - A gory splatter-fest about an antique device that starts a spate of killings, and the student who must find the killer who harnesses this power.

HEAT - Paul Morrissey's exploitative masterwork, part of the Joe Dallesandro retrospective

27-08:
BORONIA BACKPACKERS - a globe spanning, mildly conflicting human drama that was filmed in over 20 countries.
