An opening ceremony to officially kick off the production of Tom Yum Goong 2 has already begun last Wednesday with the cast & crew in attendance. To bring the most action packed fighting the studios has to offer for the much anticipated sequel in 3D, action director Panna Rittikrai has assembled a martial arts cast line-up to join Tony Jaa and Jeeja Yanin (aka Jija Yanin). These include Dan Chupong (Dynamite Warrior, Ong Bak 3), Kazu Tang (Raging Phoenix, BKO: Bangkok Knockout) and American martial artist Marrese Crump, who is set to appear in Pittikrai's Formless and RZA's The Man With The Iron Fists. Returning from the first installment is director/producer Prachya Pinkaew and Thai comedian Mum Jokmok (aka Petchtai Wongkamlao). No word yet on what the plot entails.
Its expected to come out in 2012.

wtf?
they should start filming man!
and Dan looks huge man!
I wonder how my man Tony is getting along with Jija:)
Wow, pulling out all the stops on this and throwing the entire Sahamongkol stable in there. Chupong deserves another starring role for himself, too. His stuff is way fun ...
Very nice cast.
Can't wait for this!
Wow...I'm sooo excited to watch it..I miss Tony Jaa freaking much..:(
Wow! Such good news! Tony Jaa seems to have gained the lost weight back (he was so extremely skinny when he reappeared in January from monkhood) and good to see his hair grown back too (I hated his bald skull... so didn't suit his features, made him look really ugly.) I hope he gained some enlightenment while he was meditating all day for weeks :)) And what I hope even more is that Sahamongokol finally would give him a DECENT script! The guy deserves an actual plot with character development and not just lousy elephant stealings with bloody action...
Tony needs better writers, thats his only downfall also needs a new choreographer does he really need to hit someone then stop, scream and look mad at the camera every time? i know they are trying to show the feeling and power but every time come on already.... people saying he is slow no not true at all dude can move super fast but if you freeze up holding a pose after every hit it begins to look that way STOP doing that!!!! even Jeeja and Deaw Chupong do it as well WTF Panna stop doing that where is Yen woo ping when you need him.....
