Over the weekend a new international teaser for Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson's The Adventures Of Tintin arrived online. And while the running time is virtually identical to the previous US version the content is not. There's a bit of new footage in this, with the international teaser skewing just a little bit more on to the action-adventure side of things. And the new teaser does it's job quite well, if the opinion of The Boy - aged 10, marginal pre-awareness of the character, having read just a couple of the books - is to be trusted. He says it looks awesome and he wants to go opening week. So, there you go. That's two tickets sold.
Created using 3D motion capture technology, The Adventures Of Tintin features the voices and physical performances of Jamie Bell, Daniel Craig, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Andy Serkis with a script adapted from the Herge source material by Stephen Moffat (Doctor Who), Edgar Wright (Shaun Of The Dead) and Joe Cornish (Attack The Block). A couple guys who made some movies that a few people saw direct.

looks good, could be very good. cant really get a good sense of the animation yet but it seems pretty great. better than zemeckis for sure.
