I count, at minimum, ten different kinds of awesome in the new theatrical poster for Jason Eisener's Hobo With A Shotgun.
Soon to premiere at Sundance, the debut feature from the director of the splattery Christmas short film sensation Treevenge began life as a trailer for a nonexistent film created as part of a Grindhouse competition sponsored by Robert Rodriguez. The trailer would go on to win the competition, creating such a buzz that Eisener and company quickly set to work turning it into an honest to god feature, one that puts Rutger Hauer into the lead. Check out the trailer below and if you want to see the poster all big-like, then pay a visit to the fine lads at IGN.

That's fantastic. it's nice to see some love go into a poster as opposed to just photo colages.
Really hoping it's as fun as it looks.

Is this going to be for sale? It's much better than the other design. Reminds me of the days of yore, perusing the video store my mom used to work in. Those huge clamshells were always captivating. Great work, Dude.
