Not so long ago it appeared as though Jeremy Renner and Noomi Rapace were locked in to play the leads in Dead Snow director Tommy Wirkola's Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters. But not so fast!
Renner's a lock for Hansel in the film, which is now targeting an early March start but Gretel? Well, according to The Hollywood Reporter Rapace was indeed an early leader but the part has now been locked up by former Bond girl and star of The Disappearance Of Alice Creed, Gemma Arterton. And, you know, as much as I was looking forward to Rapace in the part I'm perfectly fine with this, too.
