Attention Asian action fans, Funimation is looking to bring you more of what you love.

Though still dominantly known as an anime distributor Funimation have been pushing increasingly into live action as well over the past few years and they have just added a fistful of new live action titles to their slate. All scheduled to be released in 2011 are Korean / Japanese vampire picture Higanjima: Escape From Vampire Island, Japanese teen action film Drop, Korean drama The Sword With No Name, Japanese samurai action Tajomaru, and Taiwanese action film Treasure Hunter.

While exact release plans have not been announced yet it's worth noting that theatrical rights have been included in the deals for Higanjima and The Sword With No Name meaning there is a fighting chance we'll be seeing these on the big screen.
