Director / producer Joseph Guzman is bringing the nunsploitation back. Asun Ortega stars in Guzman's latest as, apparently, a nun who will get naked while wielding large firearms. Here's the official synopsis:
Upon taking her vows to become a nun, Sister Sarah is abused, brainwashed and drugged into submission by the corrupt clergy. On the verge of death from a lethal dose of drugs, Sister Sarah receives a message from GOD telling her to take vengeance on all those who did her wrong. Armed with God's will and an arsenal of big guns, she dispenses Judgment Day on her former tormentors. How does this compare with "Nun of That"?
This looks, technically, pretty damn good/. Looks like they used decent gear - a real problem with such films, past and present (the recent Nun Of That being a perfect example), which was filmed using really, really cheap crap, so any potential it might have had went out the window.
This film, though, looks like it'll be able to judged by it's story and acting - not how cheaply made it was.
