Ladies and gentlemen, from the south of India, I present the Malayalam language horror picture Yakshiyum Njanum. The latest film from director Vinayan - who previously directed a film that featured 300 midgets in the cast, a film reportedly bought for US remake by Ron Howard - it is the first ever Malayalam film to be shot on the Red camera which, as the Wikipedia entry points out, offers immense potential for graphics. And Vinayan puts them to use. Oh, yes, he does. This is hysterical stuff, on pretty much every level, made all the more so because it doesn't appear intended as such. Check a pair of trailers below!
