Apparently fans waiting for James Cameron to finally make his long talked about Battle Angel Alita film are going to have to wait a while longer.
After lots of rumblings it was confirmed this morning that James Cameron's next features will be a pair of sequels to monster hit Avatar to be shot simultaneously starting in late 2011 with release slated for Christmas 2014 and Christmas 2015.
Fox president Tom Rothman spouted a lot of philosophical nonsense while making the announcement when what he really meant to say was "We like making money." But who doesn't, really.
