What? The Disappearance of Alice Creed wasn't playing at your local cinema? Well, whinge no more, because J. Blakeson's excellent feature debut is coming to UK DVD and Blu-ray on the 4th October.
A supremely tight three-hander, with uniformly great performances from Gemma Arterton, Eddie Marsan and Martin Compston, it's a tense low-budget thriller with some genuinely surprising plot twists and a canny line in misdirection. There's plenty of coverage below so get stuck in.
One not to miss.
The Disappearance of Alice Creed is out on UK DVD and Blu-ray from 4th October through Icon Home Entertainment.
