Enormously Impressive Trailer For Benny Chan's SHAOLIN

To be blunt, if Benny Chan's Shaolin turns out to be half as good as the full theatrical trailer that was just released promises it will be, then Benny Chan has just created the film of his lifetime. There is nothing else, absolutely nothing else, in his filmography that is even close to the level that this promises. Cross your fingers fans because we may be nearing the arrival of a gorgeous martial arts picture that honors the old school style while also maximizing all the modern tools of the trade with a cast that can really deliver. I'll shut up now, you just watch.

Gosh I get chills while watching the trailer, I cant wait to see this.

Got chills too watching it. Impressive!

The trailer is ok but I don't get all the rave. How is this movie different from any other martial arts film released in the last 2-3 years? Looks exactly the same to me. Hopefully it will be up to at least Ip Man level of good.

At first I didn't see what was so special but as the martial arts began and the cast was rolled out.....Nicholas Tse, Wu Jing, Andy Lau, and a Jackie cameo. I want this to be awesome.

Been wondering where Wu Jing's been hiding this past year...This looks ace.

OK Benny, you've got my attention. That trailer was dope and I'm going to give you a chance this time... but for now you're still that guy who directed JACKIE CHAN VS ROOFTOP CYBER BMX BANDITS.

Hard to imagine this is the same guy who directed a movie about mutant kung fu circus performers. Great to see a good-old fashioned martial arts movie that doesn't any non-Chinese group as a punching bag.

I wish I could watch trailers at Twitch.

Wickedly awesome. Wu Jing has finally returned to his element after so many duds. Hopefully, this one will salvage and perhaps relaunch his career.

Hell, even Lau and Tse looked convincing in those fights. Side note: whomever did the action choreography had the sense to make the imperial soldiers fight using Bajiquan. Fantastic!

My only concern now is whether the film will have a nationalistic bent and paint the Kuomintang as absolute villains.

Woohooo! I love it, I love it. Awesome trailer. Big Wu Jing fan, and I'm glad he's in this movie.

i am so looking forward to see this movie. I am getting goosebumps just looking at the preview.

WHen will the movie be out? or it has been?
