The Australian International Movie Convention kicked off this week on the Gold Coast, and film industry blog Encore has been covering it in minute detail.
As part of their coverage Encore has snapped pics of new teaser posters for James Cameron's next project as producer, cave-dive thriller Sanctum -- directed by Aussie Alister Grierson -- as well as The Thing prequel starring Joel Edgerton.
They are very low key reveals, and the photo angle on The Thing poster leaves a lot to be desired, but they'll have to do until someone gets some better snaps.
We have a look at the Sanctum teaser but head over to Encore to check out The Thing teaser poster (until someone gets us a better angle!).
Grierson has also revealed that the first footage from Sanctum will be screened in 3D at the Convention, so hopefully reports of how this looks will start to circulate in the next few days.
