Though specific plot details are hard to come by for Mark Pellington's I Melt With You are hard to come by it is very clear that this is a very different type of thriller. And by different I mean very, very good. Now in production the picture stars Thomas Jane, Jeremy Piven and Rob Lowe and a promo they released some five months ago has just resurfaced to tease the audience. Much less a conventional trailer than it is a four + minute extended monologue from Jane, this looks absolutely great. Hard to believe that this is a former Punisher in action ... check it below.

Thomas Jane has some serious serious chops. His role as Todd in BOOGIE NIGHTS is a testimony to that. STANDER is good stuff too. THE MIST = amazing.
Thomas Jane has a Steve McQueen/Robert Mitchum/classic thing going on, along with having a great sense of sensitivity and self-irony. If Thomas Hardy hadn't landed the role of Max in the new Mad Max film, Thomas Jane would have also been a damned fine choice.
Dude is brilliant. Yes, this looks great too.

Love this. Pellington has an amazing eye and absolutely owns when it comes to building atmosphere. These teaser shots inspired me to do a photoshoot.
