It's all over the net (check AnimeNewsNetwork if you don't believe me...) and therefore it MUST be true: Funimation has announced their DVD and BluRay release of "Evangelion 2.22: You Can (Not) Advance" for 2011. We were a tad worried about that one...
Funimation also mentions they'll be giving the second Evangelion reboot-film a theatrical release as well! Cool.
The other big news item was their planned release of Hosoda's excellent, EXCELLENT "Summer Wars" on DVD and BluRay next year. But folks, pay attention: This title will ALSO get a short theatrical release. I cannot stress this enough, but try and get to see this thing in a theater. You won't regret it...

Just saw 2.22 and it's amazing. Tons of stuff happening in this one and they also introduce an all new EVA pilot.
2011 is 12 months long and 4 months away, Funimation. At least mention which quarter they are scheduled for.
