What makes Christopher Nolan different from 95% of the big studio directors in the world today? Well, he's the kind of guy who cooks up a movie set almost entirely in the world of dreams - a scenario that pretty much screams "Use copious CGI!" to most - and then shoots it almost entirely in real world environments.
