No word on release date or the possibility of a theatrical appearance just yet, but Twitch has just learned that the UK's Third Window Films has acquired Kamikaze Girls director Tetsuya Nakashima's Confessions for release in the UK. While I've not yet seen it myself, the word is that this is Nakashima's most challenging - and arguably best - work to date. Check the trailer below or the links for more details on plot.

Awesome. Been wanting to see this. I'm a huge fan of Kamikaze Girls, so I'm very curious about this one. Lead actress is great too, really enjoyed her perfomances in April Story and Uchoten Hoteru.
