Tony's gonna bust your ass, just like he's busting these chains. That's the general message behind the brand new theatrical poster for the upcoming Ong Bak 3. Yes, we've shown some earlier pieces of artwork for this one but those were sales flyers whereas this is the one that'll be hanging in Thai theaters soon, if it isn't already.
The tag line, for those curious, translates to "The One who is back to end it all."
I've got my fingers crossed in hope that I'll soon be able to share the new promo reel prepared for the European Film Market as that features a ton of action and more environments than the initial promo reel. Plus it's got a healthy dose of Dan Chupong, which is always a good thing in my book.

Nice. Haven't seen that yet, but shouldn't be too much longer. Ong-Bak 3 is in cinemas on May 5 - Coronation Day in Thailand.
As an action movie, this one is solid. I have loved all the Tony Jaa movies so far, and this one is not as great as Tom Yum Goong, but pretty close. I think it's because of the mixed styles. The plot goes off the deep end towards the end of the movie, but I've heard that's because it's a set-up for the sequel (they were supposed to be together, like Kill Bill vol1 and 2).
People should check out Chocolate too, for an ass-kicking female lead.
I'm a Big Jaa fan, loved O.B and TYG, but OB2 was a total mess, I don't have high hopes for this one eiather, hopefully we'll get Jaa back to the modern world soon.
looks nice but not as good as the other poster released.
Ong Bak The Beginning on Blu Ray is SICK!
I hope this movie gets released April as they confirmed it before, but not May:/
