Edgar Wright's Scott Pilgrim Vs The World has been a long time coming and now we finally get to see it in motion. Beyond the pleasure I get as a Toronto local getting to see my town actually be my town for a change, this just looks fuuuuuuun. I have no idea what sort of mass appeal this is going to end up having but damn straight I'm going to be there opening day.

Everything about this yells Grade-A-Perfect-Adaptation, except Michael Cera, who I'm still finding hard to see as Scott Pilgrim. The croaky shy voice just doesn't sit with the character for me. Other than that, loving the look and the energy.

Agreed. Every thing looks great except for Cera. I was actually hoping that this would be the movie with which he proves himself as a capable actor but I guess he really has no range at all.
