Though its world premiere at SXSW is just days away now, Gareth Edwards' Monsters remains a film deliberately shrouded in secrecy. The image above is all that has been released, along with a very cursory synopsis that tells us only that the earth was invaded by aliens six years previously and that the main characters are a journalist escorting an American tourist through an alien infested zone of Mexico back to the safety of home. And that's it. That's all.
Or, at least it was until just now. Twitch are very proud to present an exclusive look at the very first footage from Monsters to be seen in public. And though they're still keeping the creature design hidden away this is very fun, very clever stuff. Yes, please.
