[Trailer removed at distributors request]
You know, I really would not have expected Russia to be the first place to get a trailer for Sylvain Chomet's The Illusionist but there you have it. Sometimes life is surprising. And, in this case, it makes no difference whatsoever because what little dialogue this film has isn't really meant to be understood anyway. That looks epic.
Seems to be a sweet letter of love and respect to Jacques Tati, who was an efing genius.
Of course it does help that it is based on a script by Maestro Tati.
If it's at least have as brilliant as Triplets of Belleville it should be pretty good.
This is why 2-D animation will never die =)
