Connoisseurs of dog-based TV drama will know that The Littlest Hobo was always the cool guy when it came to unusually gifted canines. A rough and ready loner, he'd have kicked Lassie's fluffy, groomed ass in a fight, slept with his girlfriend and then left town without a word (or bark). With no interest in hanging around to 'make friends' or be petted by some obnoxious little brat, he just wanted to head off down the road to another adventure. And he had a better theme tune.
So if you're in the mood for some doggy-themed nostagia, then thanks to Mediumrare Entertainment you can buy the whole first season (24 episodes) on UK DVD from 26th April, and relive those childhood memories (admittedly not always a good thing). There's even a singalong to the theme tune on the discs, for when you're really wasted.
You can pre-order here.
