The official Japanese website for the live action adaptation of Namco's fighting game Tekken by director Dwight H. Little and starring Jon Foo has just been launched. While the trailer lurking within is nothing we haven't seen before aside from the Japanese text, there is 20 new photo stills in the gallery section. From the looks of things, what it's got going is a decent production value and some faithful likeness to the characters of the game. The big question is whether or not will it join the club of suck ass video game based movies.
No word yet on the US release date. You'll find the stills in the gallery below.

Are there people who actually think this might be good on anything other than a point-and-mock level?
hahaha! outstanding!
Raven doesn't look so bad-ass anymore, striking up a pussycat-claws martial arts pose, and sporting pants that are obviously too big for him.
this looks nice
The overall Tekken game storyline makes even less sense than the ones in Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat so it'll be interesting (and probably funny) to see how they tackle that. I don't think any audience member could see the "Devil gene" as anything but campy.
