Donnie Yen gets it on with Sammo Hung! First Teaser for IP MAN 2

Do I really have to say much? To have Donnie Yen and Sammo Hung sharing the screen once again for another round is all you need to know. Nuff said! A rough cut of the teaser trailer for Wilson Yip's highly anticipated Ip Man 2 has arrived on youtube and it alludes a showdown is just about to go down between Ip Man and Hung Jan-nam, a Hung Fist master. What a tease!

The sequel puts Yen back into the role of Ip Man, this time as he settles in Hong Kong where he opens a Wing Chun school and comes into conflict with a local Hung Fist master named Hung Jan-nam, who is played by Sammo Hung. Although Ip Man is ultimately challenged by the British who rule the territory and their hired fighters, tensions between the two kung fu masters mount to where they are forced to duel.

No word yet on the theatrical release date. You'll find the teaser embedded below.

Gotta love Twitch, always bringing us the "OoooooWeeeeee!" This looks epic, a rematch from Sha Po Lang is always welcome.

It better surpass the original because outside the fisticuffs the whole Guy Smiley approach was pretty intolerable. British you say...hmm is Gary Daniels too much to hope for?

not really a wow, but it's nice to see a teaser and hear that the movie is coming out!

The last part with both of them getting into their stance.
I just love Donnie Yen's stance, feels like he's about to give him those multiple punches:P

Awesome. I have to say, Sammo has really aged rather well. He now carries that air of respected, semi-retired shifu pretty well. So unlike what Jackie Chan has done with himself.
