You know the drill on Yuen Woo Ping's True Legend by now. It's the first directorial effort by one of the giants of the martial arts world in more than a decade and, more intriguingly, a stylish blend of old school and new with Yuen's classic style choreography shot in 3D. We've run trailers and teasers o'plenty for this one and the second proper theatrical trailer has just arrived. Check it below.

Woo Ping is the freaking man! This is the shit Jackie Chan should be in!
Was this the film David Carradine was doing when he died?
This looks more or less exactly as I'd hoped it would, only with nicer production values than I was expecting. I am quite amped to see TRUE LEGEND.
Is the Focus Features listed in the company credits the US company? IMDB says "yes" but I am pretty sure that it's not on their 2010 slate. I wonder if that's not supposed to be Focus Films, Andy Lau's unrelated company. No mention of the film on either Focus's website... is it just some IMDB user's wishful thinking?
Each article I read and every trailer I watch makes the anticipation of waiting that much worse!
I can only hope this will have a limited release at my local theater, would love to see it on the big screen if possible, I dont know if my 50" WS would do this justice.
OH....MY....GOD!
Yes! Am to finally see some fine Yuen choreography proper in a movie-can't wait.
I worked with David Carradine in the arena scene, I'm the really tall guy about the beat up the child in this trailer. David was in fine health on this shoot, it was a little later in Bangkok that foul play occured.
Hey Conan! Loved you in Chandni Chowk! That film really deserved to find a bigger audience ...
Where is the Bluray, it's retarded not to release it when the DVD been out for months?!
U.S. release date is May 13, 2011. And I believe I join the many who would like to marry Michelle Yeoh.
