The Sundance festival has just announced the complete lineup for their 2010 edition and while the trades are moaning that it appears all bleak and grim let's just say that, on first look, I'm having a very different response.
After all, what's not to like about a festival that includes the world premiere of Chris Morris' Four Lions? And, going a little farther down the list, not one but TWO feature films from the fabulous Blue Tongue films group out of Australia in I Love Sarah Jane director Spencer Susser's debut feature Hesher and ubiquitous Blue Tongue writer David Michod's Animal Kingdom? I'm sure there's more to love in there, I'm just starting to sort through it now.
And in a related note: Twitch needs correspondents in Park City. If you will be attending Sundance 2010 and would be interested in covering the festival for us here, please let me know.
