One Shot, One Frag? More Like Many Shots, Many Frags In The New Clip From Pavel Sanaev's HOOKED (NA IGRE)

It's pure gamer's fantasy wish-fulfillment in the new clip freshly released from Pavel Sanaev's Hooked, a film that follows a group of college aged kids who are suddenly granted all the skills they possess in their favorite video games.  I'm a little surprised that they're giving this particular clip up, actually, as it is one of the money sequences from the film - the first time the group collectively becomes aware of their true potential.  Because things aren't subtitled here, I'll set it up for you:

The main characters are a team of competitive gamers who have suddenly gained massive abilities via a flawed piece of software that rewrote their brainwaves.  If they can do it in a game, now they can do it in real life, too.  One of the team members first discovered this fact when protecting a girl from the advances of four gangster thugs, a brave move with big consequences as the thugs simply went for reinforcements, jumped him when he wasn't ready and now have him locked up in a warehouse storage locker awaiting a date with the local blast furnace.  It's up to his team mates to save him, but they're armed only with paint ball guns and what they don't know is that the warehouse is also being used to hide a squad of mercenaries on their way to do a job.  Cue confrontation ...

This actually not the best action scene in the movie, the 20 min. scene in the end is awesome!

BTW, the "squad of mercenaries" on Khyzyr base should be the squad of Chechens, but they didn't find enough people with caucasian appearance.
