A couple weeks back we brought the first clip from Albert Pyun's Tales of an Ancient Empire - the long in the works follow up to his cult fantasy hit The Sword And The Sorcerer. Well, Pyun is back now with a second look at his film, this clip coming from a quieter moment in the film as the band of adventurers - led by Kevin Sorbo and Melissa Ordway - adds its final members. oh thank god! great stuff from Pyun and great to see Sorbo back in the genre!
get a decent dialogue writer and mebbe some acting lessons for some of these girls and this could actually be something worth paying 2 euros for when it hits the discount bins.
let's be honest i don't dislike simple popcornfare but this looks and feels like a 1.5 hour episode of hercules.
