[Apologies for the video trouble on this one, it seems to be coming and going for reasons I can't work out. I've replaced the old embed with a version that should be functioning properly.]
When we first began writing about upcoming French zombie-action hybrid La Horde - just simply The Horde in English - we came to it drawn in simply by the presence of Frontiere(s) director Xavier Gens as a producer. Over the past year we've watched interest in the film grow steadily around the world, continuously gaining ground and building excitement with every fresh promo to hit the markets and every still to reach the public. But other than those very few stills we've had nothing substantive to show you until now.
North of Paris. In order to avenge the murder of one of their own by a group of ruthless gangsters, four corrupt cops go on a rampage in a condemned building serving as the mobster’s hideout. Now trapped, the officers are about to be executed when the unimaginable occurs: hordes of bloodthirsty, cannibalistic creatures invade the building, savagely attacking everyone. Unexpected alliances are made when their lives are threatened by the unthinkable.
The first teaser has just arrived and is actually very similar to the original sales reel for the film that got buyers and festival types so worked up about it in the first place. You'll find it below the break.

meh.
I don't if it's just my machine, but I am only getting audio (no video) for this trailer.
I somewhere saw this described as "Left 4 Dead the movie" which seems pretty accurate. Well, hopefully there's more of a story in this. I'm not complaining about the zombie action though.
Not just you, Rodney, but it's weird ... this was working properly when I posted it but now it's not. I'm swapping the current code out for a good quality version that should stay functioning ...
been looking forward to this for awhile...
