For some reason the hyper low budget monster movie The Deadly Spawn has always had a place in my heart. It was made by a group of enthusiastic youngsters and wears its love for the genre on its sleeve. But I think it was the insane monster design that captured my attention in the first place, a multi headed red blob full of teeth that eats anything in its path.
