Final trailer for Pandorum.

The sci-fi horror film Pandorum popped out of nowhere really, with poster boy for fan hate Paul W.S. Anderson producing and Antibodies director Christian Alvart at the helm. The first teaser posted a couple of months ago looked very nice and recently Screenrant.com premiered the final trailer online. I have to say though the final one doesn't pack the same punch as the teaser. But still I look forward to see this because competently made sci-fi horror flicks are few and far between.
Screenrant also have a Pandorum contest running on their site where you get to travel to Comic Con, but only if you Twitter.
The first teaser is after the break and head over to screenrant.com to see the final one and some purdy stills as well.
The film opens on September 4th.

This looks as crazy as Event Horizon and Sunshine. Although the visuals in Sunshine were awesome.

More Event Horizont than Sunshine.

More Eden Log than Event Horizon.
Truth is, that trailer does make me curious about what exactly happens with those passengers. Hm...

Well, hopefully we get a bit more of a connection with the characters in Pandorum than in Eden Log.
It's pretty hard to identify with someone whiteout any memory, we need something that helps us in doing that. Like in Memento, the hunt for the killer, revenge we can understand. Having no idea who we are, what we want, who we know, and what we can do is a pretty damned alien situation. No wonder we could use a crutch or two to help us get into it.

Anyway, here's the second trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK24E1GrDyw
It's pretty good I think. Reminds me a bit of Dead Space when it comes to the general style of it.
