*coughcough*

Dear Edgar. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that as a Toronto native who once lived less than a two minute walk from Scott Pilgrim's apartment (yes, I looked up the address from the scene where Ramona delivers a book to him), I spent a great many of my formative hours in the confines of Lee's Palace, whence you shall be shooting the band sequences, in the days when the fantastic center bar was still in existence. Put me in your movie.

Thank you.

For the rest of you who need to travel other roads for a part in Edgar Wright's Scott Pilgrim Versus The World there's a casting call for hundreds of extras.

I've read the first 20 pages or so of the first volume and I'm still trying to figure out what age group this is written for? Maybe I should read more of it, but right now it seems like middle school fluff. Am I missing something? The art work is interesting enough with it's weird hybrid mix of manga and newspaper comics. Ok i guess what i'm asking is, is it always so saccharine sweet?

I'm rather hurt by the age restriction, which eliminates me from auditioning. I remember going to Lee's Palace and seeing people much older than 27 there.

*pumps fist in the air* ROCK!

Unfortunately for me I'm 29 without a youthful look, and not pencil-thin like the hipsters are required to be to fit in skinny jeans... but I live two stops west of the Annex so I could walk to the set every day. :/

The books are part of the reason we moved here (them and a job and kung-fu fridays.) The weight clause seems to have been lifetd now.
