Oh goody. AlloCine.fr recently uploaded some clips from Banlieue 13 Ultimatum and now we have them up on the Twitch Video Player for your viewing pleasure. The action scenes are 1, 2 and 5 - 3 and 4 are talk. I'll say this. I love the playfulness of the first clip. Reminds me of those great Jackie Chan moments. I like the second clip but I am troubled by the amount of editing in the sequence. And the fifth clip? Well, remember the lovely young lady with the knife in her ponytail? Oh yeah. How could you forget? The fifth clip is all about her and she is quite... something.

although i just vaguely recall the scenes from the last one, i'm sure they were already pretty stunning, but seeing these.... goodness. the only pity about this is, that i'm practically not able to understand a single letter from the original version ^^

Saw this today ... on the whole I like the first one better - the villain in this one is pretty weak and David Belle seems generally underused - but DAMN Cyril is awesome. This is a big time showcase film for him with LOTS more martial arts action than the first and he's really stepped up his game ...
