This is brilliant.
When job search website The Ladders (as in "Climb the", I suppose) needed a spokeman for their new ad campaign they turned to an unlikely source: cult kaiju monster Guilala, originally seen in The X From Outer Space and more recently in Minoru Kawasakai's Monster X Strikes Back: Attack the G8 Summit. Yeah, it's a choice that surprised me, too, but the ad company are obviously fans and this is one truly fantastic spot. Graaaar!
