A few weeks ago Mondotees head honcho Tim Doyle made a fantastic looking character portrait set of Robocop baddies and included as an extra a rendering of Robocop himself riding a unicorn, which we all know kicks ass. But it seems that wasn't enough to satisfy Robocop fans because now they got collector favorite Tyler Stout to do his take on the material. This comes in two versions, one regular, which goes for 30 buckaroons and another metal version, the poster printed on actual sheet metal and goes for a whooping 250 dollars. If you really love a poster fan then this would be the gift to get him/her for Christmas, Hanukah or Kwanzaa.

Wow. I gotta check mondotees more often. I remember looking at some a month or two back, but somehow I completely missed the madmax/road warrior pack. At least I managed to pick up the last LE apocalypse print of Mad Max (Road Warrior all gone :() along with this robocop one. Looks like I missed "Once Upon a Time in the West" as well. Granted, I still haven't had the time/money to frame my other western trilogy prints since this summer, but they can wait....(got a few other art/comic prints and sketches that are in line for framing too).
What you can do is check out the artist's own website. They often carry a few extra copies as well. Also check out gigposters.com, they have a classified section that you can often find some of these posters that are sold out on mondotees.
