Fresh off the shockingly good Kung Fu Panda it look as though Dreamworks Animation has another hit on their hands with the brilliantly conceived Monsters Versus Aliens. Brilliant? Hell, yeah. Who doesn't like monsters, after all? And who doesn't like aliens? And a film that simply promises to put both together and then delivers exactly that? Brilliant! And, if the trailers are any indication, also very, very funny.
A second trailer has just released, this one largely focused on the 50 Foot Woman, and it's every bit as good as the first. Can we hope that Dreamworks will continue this approach and release themed trailers for each of the characters? Check them out below the break.

Well now I am paying attention to this movie. Those trailers were quite good. I laughed. A lot.
I only hope that I can watch the movie in the theater without the red tint and soft focus from old 3D formats. Because those glasses with separate video streams for each eye don't work for me as my vision in the left eye is 20/400. Legally blind...
