Oh, my. This looks like far too much fun.
We've previously posted an earlier teaser and full trailer for upcoming Russian action flick Invincible - or Man of the East, if you want to use the inferior festival title - but with the picture's Russian theatrical release coming later this month a new trailer has just arrived on the scene. And, yes, this looks fantastic. Previous trailers showcased the films move back to a classic 1980's style approach to the action genre - guns, explosions, big tough guys and a dose of shower-sex - and this one takes a rather different approach. Yes, the action is still very much present but this time out the producers are obviously trying to show that their new character has some, well, character. And now not only are we looking at a film that blows stuff up real good but looks to have a funny and charming lead character thrown into the mix as an added bonus. Worth getting excited about? You bet.
