And now he tells us...
Jokes aside, I have been meaning to sign up sooner or later. About time I suppose.
You guys are doing a awesome job here. I've discovered loads of movie thanks to this place. I need to do some catching up though... Too many movies, too little time!
Just signed up and was going to write "what's the difference?" as my first ever comment until I loaded this page and saw Yo Yo Girl Cop at the very top. It DOES make a difference, I'm a H!P fan... how do you guys do it?!
The link is broken.
i believe this works...

Alright, who broke Twitch? Come on spit it out, or I'm giving all of you a detention.
That was funny.
That's too bad, I had some hopes for it, visuals are awesome and the trailer kicked ass.
Oh well, going to see it anyway.
With all the Unborn ads Twitch has been running (seriously, the masthead too?) you would think you guys would *love* it.
You are correct, sir. There is a difference between advertising and editorial.
Nah, not really giving it to anyone, just trying to make sure commerce never trumps honesty. There's a balance to strike there.
We can't really afford to say no to advertisers here. The site's designed for ease of use for the readers, not to maximize page views - the blog format is actually about the worst possible design for a website from a business perspective because all of the info is in one place, which means only one set of ads served. Most sites of comparable readership to Twitch generate three to four times the page loads we do, which translates to much higher revenue. Thus I still work a day job (jobs, actually) and none of the writers get paid. Which is fine, it's a deliberate choice, but we've got to max out what opportunities we have.
Would now be an appropriate time to say a certain Korean remake will be advertising heavily here soon?
You couldn't find the ass shot with her looking in the mirror for the masthead? I think there would be less complaints from the readers.
And you must be talking about the Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance remake correct?
HA!
oh, that shot's in there, actually. Proportions forced a choice between ass and head, though.
Todd-
I'm into the ladies, but I could go gay for you.
Way to pimp the MAN but let the MAN think he is pimping YOU.
Well done sir.
Is it now fair to say that David Goyer should stick to the word processor and never again darken a director's chair? Or is the cinematic world going to let itself be raped by oh , I dunno, A gOYER DIRECTED Blade 4, complete with a post jail Snipes and a by now totally out of shape Ryan Reynolds, (Parker Posie, is gonna be back too, WOW!) we all know that movie would OWN!!!!!!!
Aw crap. You're not talking about The Uninvited are you? Dangnabit!
The ONLY consolation would be seeing pics of Elizabeth Banks every day. She's purdy!
Mack, I can neither confirm nor deny.
gotadventure, yeah - Goyer should totally stick to writing but, honestly, unless he had some major editing forced upon him (always a possibility with a Bay-produced film) there are some script problems here, as well. But he doesn't handle actors well ... Gary and Idris fit their parts really well but it's not like those guys need much direction. The young cast fared much less well.
screw elizabeth banks, bring on emily browning!
Thankyou Todd,
This site is no Gamespot thank god. When I saw your post I was like LOL, I saw all these ads for the movie, as well as the masthead taken over and was like WTF happened to Twitch, then I saw your post and was relieved. I tell my friends about this till this day.
