Okay fans of Edgar Allen Poe, here's a little something to look out for: a new animated version of The Raven, directed by Nicanor Loreti and Mariano Cattaneo with narration by Billy Drago. According to co-director Loreti, the film will hold to Poe's original text while the visuals amp things up a little more than what you may be used to. How much more? Loreti refers to their version as an Evil Dead version, so I'd say expect a fair bit more.

I like the animation style but..yeah, why? If you have the means why not make something original?
You could say that to almost every film based on a book Zombi.
